- 7 years experience in Business Development and Project Management with Deloitte & Touche, World Savings & Loan and The Lurie Company in San Francisco
- Southern California native and 4 year full-time Big Bear Lake resident

- Licensed Contractor in Big Bear since 1984
- Has built more than 100 homes in Big Bear Valley

- Member of the Big Bear Valley Contractors Association
- 24 year full-time resident of Big Bear Lake
Jim Swanson, Business/Project Manager
- 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and management in the real estate finance industry with four major companies: Norwest, Prudential, Bank of America and GMAC
- New resident to Big Bear having relocated from Minneapolis, MN in Summer of 2006
